We currently use Turo as our booking platform and insurance will be included with the rental.

Turo accepts the following payment methods issued in the primary guest’s name: 

📌 Most credit cards issued by major financial institutions, including American
Express and Discover.

📌 Non-temporary debit cards with a Visa or Mastercard logo that are linked to a
checking account. (Includes debit cards from online banks, such as Chime, Ally,
and others.

Doesn’t include reloadable debit cards such as Simple, Chase Liquid, or EDD).

📌 Revolut card (No other prepaid cards).

📌 Apple Pay on mobile devices in all locations.

📌 Google Pay on mobile devices in Canada and the US.

For Private Rentals we accept:

Credit Card, Electronic pay, Cash App, Apple Pay.

📌 You must be at least 21 years of age to rent from us.

📌 You must not have any severe moving violations and / or DUI cases on your
record.

If so, there is a possibility your rental agreement and or reservation will be
denied.
If you are under the age of 25 you may inquire with us for more information.

📌 Guests can add up to eight additional drivers. 

📌 Additional drivers must pass our verification process to be added to a trip. 

📌 However, only the PRIMARY driver can pick up or drop off the vehicle to us as
the responsible party.

📌 You can cancel most trips yourself without contacting Turo.

📌 All cancellations are effective immediately.

📌 Once you cancel, you are no longer authorized to receive or drive the car.

📌 Vehicles must be returned to us with a full tank of gas again as it was received.

📌 If a vehicle is not returned with a full tank of gas, a refueling flat fee of $75
applies which we bill out after the booking has ended.

📌 For your convenience you can add a 'Pre-Paid Refueling Package' at time of
booking which allows you to return the vehicle at any fuel level.

📌 Toll charges will be billed to you a few days after the booking has ended once
we have received the charges from the toll authorities.

Violation Tickets:

The renter is fully responsible for any parking citations, and red light camera tickets, speeding tickets or any other violations during the rental period.

Towed Vehicle:

Any towing charges or damages incurred during the rental cycle will be deducted from the deposit and/or billed to the client.

The client can continue the rental after the charges are paid and the vehicle is released.

We charge the full amount of the rental in advance or on the day of the rental.

Once a vehicle is reserved we cannot rent the vehicle to someone else during the days of your rental period.

If you cancel early you will be given a credit for future rentals in the amount of days left during your rental period.

📌 Every rentals comes with 250 miles per day included.

📌 Overages will be billed after the booking has ended, the 'per mile' overage fee
may vary but is displayed at time of booking.

📌 You have the option to add an 'Unlimited Mileage Package' at the time of
booking when you expect to drive more or you are unsure of how many mileage
you will be driving.

We have a 2 day minimum on weekends, and in the car rental industry Friday is considered weekend as the demand is considerably higher.

However, we can offer a non guaranteed 1 day rental on weekends depending on availability.

We pride ourselves in providing an exceptional experience to our clients that rent our vehicles. We offer airport delivery and delivery to other locations.

The fee will depend on the location and distance from our home location.

We are a 24hr service and offer contact-less drop-off (delivery) and pick-up which makes it easy for us to accommodate you.

Options are:

📌 Pick-up / Drop-off at our home location & 10 miles around our home location is
FREE of charge.

📌 Airport and other delivery locations: Surcharges are $50 - $250 depending on
location & distance.
(Airport parking fees apply outside of our delivery fee to get the vehicle out of the
parking lot)

We advise our clients to book 24 hours in advance or reach out to us prior to booking to discuss how we can accommodate.

Yes! You can call, text or message us in the web-chat to make a private reservation based on our availability.

For Turo Rentals:

You don’t need personal insurance coverage if you choose a protection plan made available by Turo.

If you have insurance, this liability policy provides secondary (excess) coverage to any auto liability you may have.

In the US, coverage is provided up to state minimum limits required for third-party liability, unless primary coverage is explicitly required by an applicable state statute (e.g., Maryland and New York).

For Private Rentals:

It is required that you have an active insurance in order to book directly with us (not through Turo).

A $250 deposit must be made when booking Privately with us.

(Not applicable when renting with us through Turo).

This amount will be returned upon the trip completion and when the vehicle is in good order, with no damage, excessive dirt / trash, not have been smoked in.
